WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE PROGRAMS
Today, P2P builds upon career technical education (CTE) Courses and certifications to create pipeline programs, catering to high school students and ultimately graduates opting out of higher education but seeking gainful employment. Our vision is also ultimately to serve and support high school dropouts and returning citizens with these same aspirations in a similar manner in the future.

PRACTICUM TIERS

P2P participants are employable full-time from the day they graduate.

P2P participants begin employment, such as a union job, requiring additional trade training post-graduation.
Participants secure employment requiring certification but no further schooling. P2P participants can complete the certification prior to graduating high school and begin employment upon graduation.
